Paris metro-M6

The Paris metro line 6 links Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (east) to Nation (west). Charles de Gaulle-Etoile is on the boundary of 3 districts, the 8th, 16th and 17th. Nation station, on the west, is on the boundary of the 11th and 12th.

To go to Nation, it's a 34 minute journey and it's a 33 minute journey  to go from Nation to Cdg-Etoile.

The first departures occur at 5:30 from the 2 terminus, and a second circulation starts at 5:30 at Place d'Italie direction CDG-Etoile. Those 3 first departures occur at 5:30am every day of the week.

When you use the M6, you have to go through 28 stations located for the most part in the 16th, 15th, 14th, 13th, 12th districts of Paris.

The last departures of the Paris metro line 6 are at 00:41am from east and 00:42am from west, the metros reach their terminus at 1:15am. On friday-saturday night, on saturday-sunday night, as well as on public holidays (between the night before the holiday and the holiday day), the last departures are at 1:42am (from CDG-Etoile) and 1:44am (from Nation).

The metro runs  every 4-5 before 7:30am, between 7:30am and 8:30pm the frequency is 2-4 minutes and after 8:30pm every 7-8 minutes, during the week. The frequency decreases during the week-end (for the same slot).

There are plenty of touristic attractions throughout the Paris metro line 6.

The Bir Hakeim station allows you to visit the Tower Eiffel.

At the Trocadéro station you can visit the Jardin du Trocadéro.

At CDG-Etoile station, you can visit the ''Avenue des Champs-Elysées'' , l'Arc de Triomphe Etoile...

If you plan to visit the Montparnasse Museum as well as the Montparnasse tower, the Montparnasse-Bienvenue station is close.

Place d'Italie allows you to visit the butte aux cailles.
